Quiet answers, before you book.
A few things guests often ask. For anything else, our front desk is a call away.
How far in advance should I book?+
For weekday appointments, 3–4 days is comfortable. Weekends and bridal previews book out 2–3 weeks ahead — members receive a priority window.
Do you offer bridal trials?+
Yes. Every bridal booking includes a preview session at the atelier, followed by a bespoke day-of plan for hair, skin, and makeup.
What products do you use?+
We work with a small, curated line-up — Kérastase, Olaplex, Wella, and a select set of skin-forward brands. Everything is chosen for how it performs, not for how loud it markets.
Can I request a specific stylist?+
Absolutely. You can request your stylist during booking, or call us and we'll match you with the right pair of hands.
Is parking available?+
Yes — complimentary valet is available at the C-Scheme entrance. Do mention your booking name to our valet team.
What is your cancellation policy?+
We appreciate 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. Bridal and package bookings follow a separate policy shared at the time of booking.
